Hi, my name is Kim Cowger and I'm from Fayetteville, North Carolina. I am a Certified Bob Ross Instructor in landscapes, seascapes, flowers and realistic wildlife.

I was involved with the arts in high school.  Many of my paintings hung on the bulletin boards.  Although, I did not pursue an art degree, I did get a degree in Law Enforcement.  Then I went to the Police Academy on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and became a police officer in the town of Crisifield.

After moving back to North Carolina in 1993, my passion for the arts returned.  First I took some classes at FTCC.  I then became Certified as a Bob Ross instructor in 1998.  I love my job.  I love my hobby.  I just plain love to paint, paint, paint.  If I could I would be teaching every day of the week and weekends. (I tried that and loved it but it just wore me out.)  I teach the first three weekends of most months and several classes during the week.

I never get tired of painting or smelling the oils.................

I am willing to travel to your town or state to offer workshops.  Contact me by phone or email for more information.

I have a few other hobbies, too. I like to go to the movies, and I enjoy a good book from time to time.  I spend a lot of time with my friends and family, and we still enjoy going to museums together.

Paul and I love to go on photography adventures, especially in the mountains.
